Maintenance and refurbishing of industrial material
SOMECHAF provides a service of sandblasting and painting of your equipment as part of maintenance and/or renovation of your industrial material. We operate on all hard surfaces (iron, cast iron, concrete) from locksmithing to large-scale work on hydroelectric turbines, oil reservoirs, and other large metal structures.
The sandblasting of parts is done through a high-speed jet of an abrasive, using compressed air through a nozzle. It allows stripping surfaces in order to reach the raw material, removing all traces of paint, rust, and existing mouldiness.
We then apply the appropriate coatings on a sanitized support, according to the customer's needs and the constraints to which his installations are subjected (waterproofing, anti-corrosion, etc.).
Our asset
In combination with our other areas of expertise (scaffolding and rope work), we can operate on structures and areas that are difficult to access, without disrupting the site activity.
