• Application of ZERO TOLERANCE policy on site.

• Implementation of prevention and protection measures.

• Reporting and correction of errors as to avoid their recurrence.

• Fast communication on hazards and incidents.

• Empowerment of all on-site personnel for incident prevention.

• Staff training and certification.

• Feedback on good practices and on-site experiences.

• Priority to safety over performance and economic objectives.

 

HSE Policy of our Collaborators:

• Each SOMECHAF collaborator is responsible for his own safety and that of others.

• Each person working on our sites will be informed, made aware of and made responsible for HSE practices.

• If a SOMECHAF collaborator or a contractor witnesses an anomaly or a dangerous situation, he has a duty to alert or stop operations to correct this situation.
